My real name is Jared Cone  but I've gone by Jed since I was in
kindergarten.  

Right now I'm a junior at the University of Iowa I'm a History major
and very into my music.

I'm also a guitar player, a hunter, a fisherman,  a poet, a son and a brother.

I am the only Jed I have ever met and I bask in my uniqueness.  I think its 
awesome that there is a website dedicated to our awesome name.  And even 
though Jeds get alot of flak in school because of the Hillbilly Jed and 
because Jed ryhmes with just about everything,   We are more
individual because of it.
