Hi,
I must thank you so much for the great site.  It is a pleasure to get to
read the stories of the Jed's around the country.

The picture is of me, Jed Rosenkrantz, my friend Leah  and the guitar player/singer of a band called Guster.

The name Jed comes to me from a baby book.  It was the only name in which my parents could agree on.  It is not short for anything and is fully just Jed.  It seems to be doing me well in life and everyone is intrigued by it. Never have I been introduced to someone where they got my name right on the first try.  Millions of nicknames have sprawled from Jed, Jedster, Jedman, Jeddy, Jedums, Jediffer, Jethro, Jedly, Jed Marci Karabes, Jeddi spaghetti and so forth.

Throughout my life, I have been keeping an eye out for things relating to Jed.   You probably know some of these:  There is Jed's popcorn which is corn on the cob that you stick in the microwave and obtain popcorn. There is the Goo Goo Dolls CD named "Jed" and now we have the  increasingly popular"Jed's Hard Lemonade",  which is alcoholic pink lemonade.

Well, please keep on living the life of a Jed and live it in pride.  If
