Today was the last straw!  Another person asked me if "Jed" is short for
something else!  I had to go into my now well-rehearsed story of 'Jed is 
my full name.  No it is not short for Jethro.  No you cannot call me 
'Tennessee Jed' or 'Uncle Jed.''

Please don't get me wrong, I would not change being a Jed for the world!
We Jeds have class and panache!  We are unique, and now, thanks to your 
site, we are bonded as brothers in Jed-hood!
