Hi: My name is Steve Jed. Most people call me Jed because there are enough Steves in the world.

My original last name is Jedreicich and that has never been
pronounceable. At first I resented that people would not take the time
to learn how to say my last name but now I like the fact that I am a
Jed and not a Steve, which is not nearly as unique a name.

Nicknames have become the standard: Jedster, jedi, jedsteroni, jediva, jedediah, jederooski....it never ends.

But it's cool.
