My name is Jed Todd.  As a young boy in school, I never appreciated the "out of the ordinary" name my parents gave me.  Mainly because I was the brunt of many a joke, usually revolving around the popular show of the day..."The Beverly Hillbillies".

However, later in life, in my early 30's around 1987, the name would prove to be an asset as I changed occupations and entered into the crowded and competitive business of commercial acting.  Being the only Jed Todd in the entire Screen Actors Guild helped me stand out from the crowd.  And of course when I was ready to register my www.JedTodd.com domain, it was readily available.... proving again how unique the name is.
